1. Agreement

By using the website, placing an order, or approving a written scope, you agree to the applicable website terms and the written terms for the specific product or service.

2. Services

AZD provides business data, lead and appointment services, software previews, communications setup, sales-floor builds, consulting, automation, campaign support, and related work. The exact deliverables are defined in the approved order or scope.

3. Client responsibilities

The client must provide accurate information, lawful instructions, timely access, approvals, availability, and cooperation. The client is responsible for its sales offer, staff, follow-up, legal compliance, and use of deliverables.

4. No guaranteed business result

Unless a written agreement defines a narrow deliverable guarantee, AZD does not guarantee revenue, sales, conversion, connect rates, campaign results, financing, or business success.

5. Payment

Prices, deposits, milestones, subscriptions, quantity rules, and cancellation terms are stated in the checkout, invoice, proposal, or agreement. Late or failed payment may pause work or access.

6. Intellectual property

Each party keeps pre-existing intellectual property. Ownership or license terms for custom work are stated in the written scope. AZD names, marks, products, templates, and reusable methods remain protected.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties should protect nonpublic business information. Additional confidentiality terms may appear in a separate agreement.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Any direct liability is limited as stated in the applicable agreement.

9. Governing terms

The specific signed agreement controls over conflicting website language. These general terms are governed by applicable law as stated in the agreement.
