These Terms govern your use of www.azdglobal.com and any services purchased from AZD Global Enterprises Inc. ("AZD Global," "we," "us"). By purchasing a service or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
AZD Global provides data products (TruuOwner™), cloud communications (PowerLine™ Workspace), and contact center buildout services. Scope for each engagement is defined in writing (invoice, order form, or statement of work) before payment.
Payment is processed via Stripe. Prices are as listed at checkout or in your written quote. Subscription products (PowerLine™ Workspace) renew monthly until cancelled.
You may not use AZD Global services for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to: telemarketing without required consent, Do-Not-Call violations, harassment, or fraud. You are responsible for your own regulatory compliance (TCPA, TSR, CAN-SPAM, and applicable state law) when using data or communications products we provide.
TruuOwner™ data purchases are governed additionally by our Data Terms.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or any service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We will attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute before either party pursues formal action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
