1. Custom compilation
Data products are compiled to the approved brief. Available fields, sources, record counts, coverage, and turnaround vary by geography and order.
2. Sample review
A sample may be provided to inspect structure, formatting, and filter fit. A sample is not a guarantee of campaign performance or perfect data.
3. Accuracy and replacement
Public records, third-party sources, contact append data, ownership, property, phone, and email information can change or contain errors. Any replacement standard and claim window are defined in the order or written policy.
4. Lawful use
The client is responsible for TCPA, TSR, DNC, CAN-SPAM, privacy, licensing, consent, suppression, and other laws or rules governing its use. AZD does not provide legal advice.
5. Suppression and DNC
DNC or suppression indicators may be included where available, but the client must perform its own current compliance review before use.
6. Restrictions
The client may not use data for unlawful discrimination, harassment, stalking, fraud, identity theft, illegal credit decisions, or another prohibited purpose.
7. Delivery and retention
Delivery format and method are stated in the order. Clients should secure files, restrict access, and delete them when no longer needed.
8. No resale unless approved
Resale, redistribution, white-label use, or sharing outside the approved organization requires written permission or a partner agreement.
This page is general website information. A signed order, proposal, campaign agreement, scope, or other written contract may contain additional or different terms.
