Standard pricing is $0.04 per record with a $450 minimum order. Example: 20,000 records = $800, with 5,000 bonus records included at no charge (25,000 delivered total). Delivery format is CSV/XLSX via secure link. Turnaround is 1–2 business days after payment and receipt of all suppression lists.
All records are scrubbed against national/state Do-Not-Call registries and against client-provided suppression lists at time of processing. Client must supply complete, up-to-date suppression files before processing. Subsequent changes to suppression files after processing may require paid re-processing.
A record is considered inaccurate if (a) the phone number is disconnected/non-working, (b) the homeowner name is materially incorrect for the supplied property, (c) the property address is invalid or outside agreed geography/scope, or (d) the record is a duplicate within the delivered batch. To claim inaccuracy, provide a CSV of the affected rows with disposition codes/evidence.
If verified inaccurate records exceed fifteen percent (15%) of the batch within thirty (30) days of delivery, we will replace the entire batch at no cost and add ten thousand (10,000) additional records as compensation. For inaccuracy rates at or below 15%, we will replace 1-for-1 the verified inaccurate records up to that threshold. Replacements are typically delivered within 5 business days after validation.
