Do you work with brand-new companies, or only established call centers?
Both. Solo Seat and Starter Buildout tiers exist specifically for teams getting their first real infrastructure in place.
Is the data DNC-scrubbed?

What's the difference between power dialer and predictive dialer?
Power dialer calls one number at a time through your list the moment an agent is free — controlled pace, no abandoned calls. Predictive dialer calls ahead of agent availability to maximize talk time on high-volume floors, available on Operator Desk.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. Everything runs through a softphone app on the computer or phone you already have.
Is call recording on by default?
No. Recording is off by default and enabled only on request, with disclosure requirements handled per your jurisdiction.
What's actually included in a buildout?
PBX, SIP trunking, extensions, campaign setup, CRM pipeline, scripts, recording, and reporting — delivered as one buildout and handed to your team, or run with our people. See Buildout Tiers.
Can we start smaller and scale up?
Yes — Starter Buildout covers the same core system at a smaller scope, and upgrades don't require a full rebuild.
How does billing work?

Are you responsible for our TCPA/DNC compliance?
We build compliance-aware infrastructure (DNC scrubbing, suppression handling, recording defaults), but ultimate compliance with TCPA, TSR, and state telemarketing rules is the buyer's responsibility.
