A bold promise needs clear rules.
Eligible preset-lead appointments receive the remedy written into the signed agreement when they meet the claim requirements and fail to attend.
1. What the guarantee covers
The AZD Show-Up Guarantee™ applies only when the signed service agreement explicitly says an appointment is eligible. It does not apply automatically to every lead, campaign, data order, PowerLine service, or sales-machine project.
2. Qualified appointment
A qualified appointment must meet the customer profile, service area, qualification questions, appointment window, and other written criteria approved before the campaign begins.
3. What counts as a show
A show occurs when the qualified prospect attends the scheduled appointment or participates in the agreed meeting format within the permitted arrival or connection window.
4. Confirmation requirements
The confirmation process, timing, channels, and number of attempts are defined in the campaign agreement. The client must keep the agreed calendar, phone, and contact details current.
5. Rescheduling
A prospect who reschedules within the agreed rules may remain an active appointment rather than a no-show. A client-requested reschedule or unavailable sales representative does not create a guarantee claim.
6. Client cancellations and availability
The guarantee does not apply when the client cancels, cannot accept the appointment, changes the service area or qualification criteria after booking, fails to attend, or cannot be reached for handoff.
7. Duplicates and existing customers
Duplicate, existing-customer, prior-opportunity, or previously contacted rules are defined before launch. A claim must identify the matching record and supporting evidence.
8. Reporting a no-show
The client must report a qualifying no-show within the deadline in the agreement, using the required campaign or CRM evidence. Late or undocumented claims may be denied.
9. Remedy
The signed agreement decides whether the approved remedy is nonpayment for that appointment, account credit, or a replacement appointment. Cash refunds are not automatic.
10. Exclusions
Fraud, false information from the prospect, force majeure, client-side scheduling failures, service changes, territory changes, compliance restrictions, and circumstances outside the agreed campaign may be excluded.
11. Final written agreement controls
The signed campaign agreement controls if it differs from this website summary. Ask questions before approving the campaign.
